Q1: Where is your factory located? Can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Yinghaosheng Ind. Park, Dayangtian Dev. Area, Fuyong, Bao'an,Shenzhen,China. You are warmly welcome to visit us.

Q2: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We have three full inspections during mass production, and there are inspections after the completion of production to ensure that all functions and appearances are qualified. After shipment, our products support a one-year warranty.

Q3: How long does delivery take?

A: Sample lead time: 1-7 days.
Bulk orders lead time: In stock: Ready for delivery.
Bulk orders lead time: Out of stock: About 20-45 days

Q4: The return and exchange policy?

A: If quantity question, we'll pay the cost for return delivery and free repair to you.

Q5: How can I get your free sample?

A: Yes, for small quantity cable we can provide for free. For big quantity samples, you should pay us and will return it to you when mass production.

Q6: How long is the warranty period?

Our products come with 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Q7: How to order in bulk?

Step 1: Choose models and products you wanted and confirm the samples and other printing information.
Step 2: Send us a PO and we'll make a PI for you to confirm the order details.
Step 3: Arrange the payment after we confirm your order.
Step 4: Delivery your goods after finish mass production.
